Work
I’ve now worked in Heder Bank as a CXO (Chief Experience Officer) and Interim CTO for around 100 days. In short time we’ve:
- Launched a new brand
- Launched a new website
- Filled up a wait-list
- Issued our first mortgage with a manual solution
- Started designing an automated mortgage process. It’s a really fun journey building a bank from scratch!
Side Projects
- Diving into my new work role doesn’t leave much room for side projects. It however means that I’m writing more than I’ve done over the last years which excites me.
- Last spring, I rolled out Pie Menu, a radial menu tailor-made for macOS apps. It’s now part of Setapp, which has brought in a ton of feedback. In January I launched it on Product Hunt!
- This summer I developed Baby Leaps to easier follow when my youngest one have leap weeks and are happy. A fun side project and the first one I’ve coded myself in Swift (with lots of AI help of course!)
Family
The newest in our family lineup is now half a year! She is delightful and smiles a lot, and have just started crawling a bit. We’re soon going to be very busy.
Health
Health is currently in maintenance mode with a new job and 3 girls under 7. The goal is to get 3 good workouts a week and move a lot during the day. Luckily i have a home gym which makes it easier.
