Work
Still deep in Heder Bank execution mode. The focus is the daily banking experience: accounts, payments, cards, and the slightly invisible product work that makes a bank feel calm instead of bureaucratic.
After a summer of big visible pieces, September feels more like tightening bolts. A lot of the work is in the handoff between product, design, operations, and the real banking systems underneath.

A few things moving in parallel:
Pie Menu is getting the unglamorous but useful work: better shortcut pages, more practical app-specific content, and the polish around the edges that compounds when people use a tiny utility every day.
Teamlet is becoming more useful in my own day-to-day work. It started as a better Microsoft Teams client, and the recent work has been about making it feel stable enough to trust: fewer crashes, better navigation, profile views, file previews, and the beginnings of agent-friendly workflows. Still not public, but reach out if you want to try it.
There are also a few smaller experiments in the margins, including the school-week SMS project I wrote about in my 2025 review and some playful AI/video/web sketches. Most of them are too early to deserve a name yet.
Family
School and kindergarten have started again, which means the calendar is filling back up with soccer, swimming, parent meetings, logistics, and the usual attempt to keep three small humans pointed roughly in the same direction.
Health
Back to the normal rhythm: short strength sessions in the morning when there is time, biking everywhere, and using the commute as a small planning-and-reflection window with an AI in my ear.
