Work

July starts away from the office: vacation in Denmark with the family, bikes, beaches, and a much better calendar than usual.

At Heder Bank, the main theme is still execution. After the spring funding milestone, the work is about turning the bank into something people can use every day: partnerships, payments, app flows, and all the small product decisions that make the whole thing feel real.

Side Projects

Most of the side-project energy is still going into Pie Menu: the slow push toward v2, with themes and more customization.

I’m also working on a new desktop app that I’m already using every day.

Family

This month is mostly about being on vacation together in Denmark, biking around with the kids, and letting the days be shaped by weather, snacks, and how far small legs can go.

Health

The normal routine is paused, but in a good way. Lots of cycling, walking, carrying things, lifting kids, and some rest-weeks from the regular training program.
