Half a year into my dual role as CXO/Interim CTO at Heder Bank, and things are moving fast. Our pilot waiting list exploded right before my Norwegian Fintech Festival presentation this month, thanks to a timely news article in DN. This surge prompted a quick change in plans—we’ve paused the automated mortgage process for now to create a better onboarding for savings accounts.
Side Projects
Reality check: nothing happening here. Juggling two jobs in a bank doesn’t leave much room for side hustles. I’m thinking about selling Pie Menu (my radial menu for macOS) to someone who can give it the attention it deserves.
Family
The littlest one is now walking with a small stroller and loves standing up. Growth happens fast!
Health
Still in maintenance mode with three young kids and a startup bank. The home gym continues to be essential.
Latest hack: I run at the nearby training center during large meetings where I’m just listening. Nothing like making good use of those external 50+ person calls.
